Overview
A multi-unit block of 2- and 3-bedroom flats designed to feel like a private home, not a tenement. Stone-textured cores, crisp white frames and generous recessed balconies give every unit depth and shade.
We resolved the whole building in 3D first — full photoreal renders at dusk, plus cutaway models that let us plan circulation and unit layouts before construction money was committed.
It is rising on site now in Lagos. The design and the block work are shown together below.
